1，Overview：

The Tire Sidewall Grinding Machine is to grind pattern or words on the sidewall of the tire that after curing. The whitewall tire's grinding process is fully automatic, no human intervention is needed. The tire in, lubrication, clamping, transportation, grinding and tire out go on without human intervention.

ASSEMBLY UNIT: Mainly consist of transport system ,centering system, clamping and driving system, grinding manipulator,dust collector,PLC Control System.

2，Main Technical Parameters：

3,Transport system :

Mainly consists of motor reducer, roller conveyor and racks, for tire's in and out.

4,Centering system:

After tire's in through roller conveyor, the centering system will locate the tire right centrol of the grinding system for the subsequnte clamping.

5,Clamping system: process： tire going up and inflating

The clamping system consists of gear transmission system, cylinder drive system，to clamp and center the tire.

6，Grinding assembly： grinding wheel starts rotating, with tire rotating, to get rid of the black rubber sheet

Consist of two grinding wheels，and driven by servo motor, to grind precisely and fully automatically

designed with exhaust inlet, and the inlet has two spray lines, insuring a through dust collecting and dusting.
