What will you get when you will start working with Dollarbird?

· A dedicated employee (resource) for your project, who won't be working on any other processes or client's tasks. Will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

· The resource will strictly follow your holiday calendar and even the working hours' time zone.

· Dollarbird will be open to provide even the weekend support based on the amount of work in case of tight deadlines/emergencies.

· The resource will be flexible to follow any shift and calendar days to execute the work.

· Along with the main resource you will also be assigned another backup resource, who will support you in the absence of a primary resource.

· Transparency: - You will be receiving the report every fortnightly about the amount of work the resource is doing, with a break up of each and every task he is doing on a daily basis. In case if you have any issues about the hours are being utilized, Dollarbird management will look into it by themselves and investigate the things.

· You will have complete authority to hire/fire the resource at any point in time in case if you are not happy with the performance, Dollarbird will replace the resource with a new one.

· We prefer to have 170-180 hours as a total number of working hours for a resource in a month, in the case of the current workload, if there are some more hours that are remaining, you can utilize the resource for any additional tasks you have such as lead generation, database collection, etc.

· Employee's insurance, medical claim, salary, leaves, other allowances, and perks will be managed by Dollarbird strictly.
