White, Black and Blue - When cops become friends...

I was working at my favorite coffee shop today when a couple of Police Officers sat down at the table behind me.... At first I didn't even notice them as I was responding to an email and folks come and go all morning.

After about 5 minutes, I overheard them laughing and enjoying each other's friendship, and I smiled to myself, but I didn't pay any attention. However, after 15 minutes, the lively conversation grew more humorous and I could tell these guys were having a really terrific time, so I turned around to see who it was.

Two of Marietta, Georgia's Finest Police Officers were enjoying themselves and their friendship was obviously Genuine and Real. One officer was Black & the Other was White.

As I got up to leave, I thanked them for their hard work and service to my community. Of course, they were gracious and smiled and said thank you for the compliment.

I thought to myself about a Scripture Verse that says."How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony!...For there the Lord has pronounced his blessing, even life everlasting."

When police officers set the example of living together in Harmony, regardless of our Race, we all get to enjoy the blessings...
