Are you Interested to know what the real estate pricing in Whistler has done over the last 10 years?
Here's a visual representation by property type. Our prices remain strong and are now almost equally distributed as far as townhomes and condominiums go. The single-family detached home segment has reduced by ~ $ 1 mil from the height of the market in 2022. Good value can be found here if this is the segment you are after.
With respect to hotel properties (phase II allows for 28 days of summer usage and 28 days in the winter), reveal prices that continue to rise. Additionally last month (March 2023), Whistler experienced 2 luxury sales in the over $ 8 mil category, representing very strong global demand. Perhaps high hotel rates and historical occupancy at nearly 100% during the peak winter and summer months are reasons for the growth.

1 年Well most people in Whistler would say that investing in Whistler is a great decision, and history would back that up. According to me, from a perspective of profit, recent years have shown that investing in Whistler long, term yields a very good return on investment isn't it so?
