A friend recently invited to join an accountability group on whatsapp, each person posts when they've hit their goals for the day. Mine tend to revolve around ?training, eating well, prospecting for the business and family time.?
I run accountability sessions myself and try to lead from the front both at the gym and in our home business - but this was a new group of fitness people across the world (and Rochdale) who are training for Hyrox and certainly got me super focused............dialling things up by hanging around with the right people is a game changer !?
