While governments are corruptible, Artificial Intelligence will be corruptible.

Democracy and governance in general needs an upgrade. Do we ever want to become a Universal Civilization? If we do, we need to clean up our divisive competitiveness and do it without the use of military force. If we keep up with the military force option than it perpetuates a much larger opportunity for artificial intelligence to turn against us. In my opinion, we should upgrade the ethics and processes of governance by finding the highest common denominator, the highest level of common sense for the entire species.

I hear a lot of people say and I read a lot of written opinions that common sense is dead, it doesn't exist in the world anymore etc. etc. I disagree that it is gone, but clearly it is not the same as it once was. Well then how do we build it back up? Start with the lowest common denominator of common sense and work up through conversation.

What is the lowest level of common sense?

I feel it is in the trilogy of human survival needs, human emotions and core values.

Now, it is going to take quite a massive effort to find this common sense because each culture and each language group has different models of core values. What this means to me is that while we are finding the common sense of human values, we have our best opportunity to build a universal language translation engine.

A common global language for true understanding, or a true meaning translation system that has zero loss of meaning is the next step beyond the highest level of common sense, towards becoming a Universal Civilization. How do we do that? A language of images.

Now back to the point. While governments are corruptible, artificial intelligence will be corruptible. Intelligence learns by reflection and incremental adaptation through simple risk / reward mechanisms as well as other more complex, ever evolving feedback loops. To some degree, the statutory rule of law is an artificial intelligence, it is a hive mind of imposed values and beliefs, that spans generations in most cases.

The artificial intelligence of government is spoken by people, it is written on paper, it is interpreted and enacted by both people and machines. One problem with this type of AI is that it is not efficient, it is self corrupting, and it has proven throughout the ages to be aggressive like a cancer. If we want to prevent war with new and more efficient versions of intelligence, that have the power to lift us up, to make us immortal, to give us super powers or to wipe us out in the blink of an eye, we must tune in to our good conscience.

We must evolve governance to reflect the true common sense of everyone and the place to start is in good conscience. Stop the war games, let's get better in good conscience.

We must start the next great conversation with the entire human species to uncover this common sense and use it as a foundation for participatory governance.

If we continue down the old path of imposing the values of a few onto the majority, then artificial intelligence will be a massive risk because the human species will always be in competition with itself. We must find equilibrium as a species with our environment, our cultural heritage and our present selves, then we can move into the universe without fear or division, while maintaining our unique and beautiful individuality.

My vision of Gamify Democracy is to use mixed reality game theory to evolve multiple transitional strategies for the processes mentioned in this article. Whereas my vision for AuraOZ the Aura Operating Zeitgeist, is to create a self aware conscious universe of infinite potential for each individual, via a virtual reality aura of their own construction. Each aura will be a self aware and intelligent light field designed as a reflection of that individual to aid them in their evolution through mixed realities and dream fields.

Any number of other people and their light fields will be able to connect into common spaces. Certain common spaces will be highlighted by people who have earned extra capabilities by being superior natural roles models. These will be aligned in the digital spaces of millionaireaura.com and billionaireaura.com for aspiring role models and the governing structures of our reality to gain insight from, for the purpose of choosing our best options quickly in times or importance and urgency.

The new definitions of millionaire and billionaire are no longer attached to money, but to how many people have had their lives improved by an individual or a small team.

The leadership team of AuraOZ will be 50:50 M:F and the leadership of Gamify Democracy will be the opposite ratio of M:F representing each Democracy, in an effort to reach an equilibrium.
