Which SAP Certification is Right For You?

As we head towards the end of 2018, I would like to share some interesting stats about Learning Hub and which certifications people like to take:

• Almost the 40% of our subscribers have an SAP HR/HCM background and almost 3/4 of them are already certified SuccessFactors consultants. Most of them have renewed their subscription with K2 to keep up with the quarterly updates and take their Delta assessment to maintain their SuccessFactors certifications. Additionally, many of them have also applied to new certifications within the SuccessFactors space.
• A third of our subscribers have a functional background in either finance, supply chain, sales or material management. Their training path goes towards the S/4 Hana space especially S/4 Hana Finance or Enterprise Management
• 3% of them have a background in CRM, highlighting the slow disappearance of this module that is no longer updating. Most of this consultants are in fact are moving towards hybris or the brand new CX (customer experience) suite.
• It is important to flag also the fact that a little (but relevant) part of our subscribers has a non-SAP background: also for them is available to become an SAP consultant within the module/function most appropriate for them. As the SAP career paths can be infinite, I generally suggest them to find the one closer to their background, major or interest and focus on it.
