Which Quadrant you belong to ?

Yes! We all fit to either of the quadrant projected here. It is governed by personal constructs of Thinking-Feeling-Action and Perspective. The net result or interaction among these four constructs decides one’s place. I have put here individual-characteristics in relation with each quadrant which describes one as Troubler, Seeker, Observer, or Influencer.
