Which planet are they on?

I read the business link article on today's Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce asking "When will the government and this ridiculous roundabout that is now Brexit?"

I have to ask my own question because it seems that none of the politicians are taking the remotest notice of the result of the referendum. It is as if the voters do not exist or belong to a different universe or at least a different planet.

The idea of asking a question of the populace cannot but ask a simple binary question - yes or no? The debates surrounding the issues and the merits of each answer led to division in politics, pubs and families and still occasion much argument over which side told the most lies but it behooves the government and the whole of parliament on both sides and houses to look back to the result of that referendum and join together with business, social groups, and the EU countries to find the best solution to how we leave the EU to their own devices and try off along our own lonely path.

Why does this or has this not already occurred to the representatives of the British population in the lower house, because this is where the issues and the bitching and backbiting are continuing to run much like a theatrical farce, so they can go back to their constituencies and ask their voters what they want to happen? The answer seems to me that they don't want to be the representatives except on their own terms and it is an immoral stand they take as their every move sends this country further into confusion, doubt and a certain poor result for which they are wholly responsible.

My only hope is that when the next opportunity to vote drops through everyones letterbox we all remember that this current abysmal shower do not deserve our support in any way and get what they are thoroughly due with a no vote.
