1. Stay plugged in, leverage free podcasts, YouTube videos, and publications in your respective field.
2. Explore relevant certifications to get exposed to the knowledge, demonstrate thought leadership, and initiative.
3. Create your Get-it-done list, not a to-do-list!
4. Get clear on WHY the action items on your Get-it-done list are meaningful in your life. That's how you commit and stay focused on accomplishing them.
5. Devote 5 to 10 minutes a day to developing your skills and your goals--they add up!
