Which European Destination Should JetBlue Launch Flights To Next?
I was at Heathrow Airport to welcome JetBlue's first flight to London in the summer of 2021. Since then, the airline has launched services to Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Dublin, and Paris! This shows great ambition from the hybrid carrier, which has grown across Europe at a swift rate. Where in Europe should the New York-based airline fly next? The airline's incoming Airbus A321XLRs will help it reach further east on the continent, leading to some new long-haul routes! What do you expect?

3 个月Would definitely like to see them branch out further in the U.K. Stansted for example currently has no routes to the US, and there is demand for them. Yes, EOS, MaxJet and American Airlines previously tried and failed at STN, however, one could argue that the economic downturn of 2008-9 was a big contributor to this, plus the fact that aircraft technology (Boeing 757s and 767s) wasn’t nearly as fuel efficient as modern aircraft of today. I reckon they could make STN work with the A321-NEO :)

3 个月Simple Flying, I see on other comments some good ideas, still most of them already served by other US / EU carriers. I propose Tirana, a thinner all-year around route perfect for the A321XLR… with a substantial and consolidated clientele currently serve by connecting via several European hubs (FRA, MUC, LHR, FCO, BEG, WAW, IST, etc.). JetBlue let’s talk about! #TIAJFK
