Which Countries Accept the CE Mark?
Yesterday people laughed at me. They were even shouting and calling names. I didn't hear what, because it was Russian. One of the guys that shouted was wearing a Vans t-shirt.
I was wearing my Techno t-shirt.
I have been 'techno' for over 20 years. Berlin is the techno capital of the world. When we lived there, we went often to the Berghain, the techno temple of the world. Or as some call it: die Mitte der Welt. Why? Yes, it can be dark. But it also is the safest place on earth. Here everyone can be anyone. That's what techno means to me. Acceptance.
In my experience, techno people mostly are open-minded, do not judge and accept others. People with vans shirts are not open-minded and do judge is my experience (am I judging now?).
Another way to develop an open mind is by travelling.
Products travel as well. And also products have to deal with acceptance (or not) by other nationalities. CE Marking has made things FAR much easier and can be considered as the passport for a product!
Do you want to know which countries accept CE marked products? I have enhanced my CE Marking article with the complete overview.
Ciao,
