Which Copilot should you pick?

Which Copilot should you pick?

I hope you are not flying a plane and asking me that question, but rather you are curious about Which AI Copilot to use. I understand why the question is being asked, things are changing rapidly, we all have hectic schedules and little time to really investigate and understand all these AI announcements. We and other hyperscale cloud service providers have not made it easy or clear thus far. But that has all changed.

Imagine hypothesizing scenarios in which an AI tool can help you access laten potential in your business.?? You think to yourself - I wonder if there is a zero code AI option, discover Microsoft 365 copilot, and consider how it can help achieve the outcomes for which you are hoping.?? But maybe it doesn’t have access to the unique data set which is outside the #M365Graph.? How can you get it to reason over data your Graph data AND other required data to help achieve the business outcomes you would like?? Do you need to then focus on a purpose build tool? Separate from Microsoft 365 Copilot?? Let us break this down with a concrete example: You want to create a retail copilot for your frontline workers.? The Copilot would help answer customer queries quickly, effectively, and accurately. ?This results in higher NSAT and greater productivity and job satisfaction for those workers. ?It might be a promising idea to design and build a specific copilot UI which is tailored for these specific retail workers. You decide to move forward and build it, and you discover it has a significant impact, but only for those workers who use that tool.? Should that tool's data and the best responses it learns over time be exclusively available only in that tool? Or should everyone in your company have access to the same benefit?? Why should the learnings be trapped inside a walled garden? Will your executives, managers, leaders, retail planners also make better business decisions with access to this data?? Of course, they could.??? So, do you create one tool for everyone? It is not feasible to think you can build one tool to meet the needs of all. ?There is a way forward – Go ahead and build your purpose build Copilot AND enable your tool to aid everyone in the company with a click. ?Expose the value locked in your new solution to the benefit of everyone in the company.??This is what I call a shared reality.

It's all now possible…

Do not pick a tool; pick a platform. Pick a platform that enables discrete scenarios AND unlock the potential of all your employees.? Have your cake and eat it too.? Do this by using Microsoft 365 Copilot powered by Copilot Studio.??? Build AND amplify.? Drive towards a shared reality.

Create a shared reality - leverage structured and unstructured data

The following video visually explains this concept. Ask questions, hold us accountable.? We need to provide you with greater clarity.? Maximize value for the current use case AND amplify the impact.? Start with either AND connect them. Equip your whole company. ??Do so with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Focus on the business outcomes and less time on the IT complexity of the past.?? Start your flywheel of innovation: Think, Create, Publish, Learn, Repeat.

Stay tuned for further announcements.??? We are working on some remarkably interesting things.?? And we know we need to do a better job of sharing the vision in a cohesive way.?? Hold us accountable, communicate your needs and do not be satisfied with complexity.
