Which company did you say you worked for? CV writing tip

One of the challenges in writing outstanding CVs can be that the companies and brands you worked for might not be known brands or "household names".

Let's take me as an example ?? my last role before relocating was as the Head of Assessment and Recruitment in an organization called "Clalit".

In Israel, the name is highly recognized as it's the largest government health service.... outside of Israel, not so much.

Here is a great tip: ??when adjusting your CV , help the reader to better understand your experience by providing a high-level description of the organizations you worked for (you don't expect them to start googling names when they review your CV, right??? ).

When I moved to the UK, I added a line explaining that "Clalit" is a similar organisation to the NHS.?More examples can include descriptions like "leading bank with X employees", "leading communication provider", "nationally recognized clothing retailer", etc.

It's also a good practice to add the number of employees so the reader can understand the organization's size; this can help understand past role levels, capacity and responsibilities.??
