Which Book Cover is better? Left or Right?

These are my final two designs for my book cover for self publishing. Which one is better in your view and why?

3 年I prefer the blue. It ties in with your shirt and the blue in the American flag. The flags are better tied in as well than the countries which are more of a cut and paste. Blue background with yellow text I think provides greater contrast as well. I do think you can increase the headshot size slightly. You might want to apply the color gradient from the green on the blue and see how you like it.
It's easier for me to read the title with the blue background.
