Which is better...Linear or Residual?

95% of the population earn a linear income and rely on their own ability to provide for themselves and their family, working 2, 3 and even 4 jobs to make ends meet. 5% of the population understand how to leverage their time and create residual income. The first recorded billionaire in North America "J. Paul Getty" said it best. Quote: "I would rather have 1% of 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own." end quote. We all have 24 hours in a day. Why is it some are able to do so much more than others? Leverage!

I don't know anyone that worked that many jobs and was able to retire with his/her health intact. In my most humble but accurate opinion, residual income/ time leverage is the best way to achieve financial freedom. It's not about how much money you make, although having money is better than not having it but...it's about time, what time? Time with your friends, family, vacations, volunteering etc. Time to do the things we enjoy or maybe it's going on mission trips to other countries that could use your expertise.

Why is it that most millionaires have high school or less education? I have nothing against being educated; we need educated people in the world but if it's wealth you're wanting going to school and getting multiple degrees isn't going to do it for you. Education isn't the answer to creating wealth...time leverage is.

Robert Kyosaki's cashflow quadrant explains it best. We have the Employee and the Small business owner, (Someone who bought their job) on one side..."The 95%". Then, we have the Big business owner and the Investor on the other side... "The 5%". The idea is to get from the Employee/Small business side to the Big business and Investor side. In order to do that there has to be a shift in the way we think. Change one thing... everything changes. In my opinion, Network Marketing is the best way for the average person to create wealth and a lifestyle they want. I can almost hear the moaning and mashing of teeth as you read this. Read on, it gets better. There are more millionaires being created through network marketing than any other industry out there. Lets look at some facts for a minute.

The sports industry is a 9 billion dollar a year industry. How many of us have a chance at becoming a pro athlete?

The music industry is a 16 billion dollar a year industry. How many of us will make it to the top of the charts?

The network marketing industry is close to a 200 billion dollar a year industry of which 71 Billion dollars per year is paid out to independent business owners working from home.

Are there people in network marketing that don't make any money? Yes! Are there people in network marketing that are making millions? Yes! There are more women becoming millionaires in this industry than any other industry on the planet.

I strongly believe that the network marketing/home based business industry is the answer to our unemployment problem in this country and even globally for that matter. Where else are you able to start a global business for less than the amount most people pay for a family of four to go to a hockey game?... and have the opportunity to create wealth that can be passed on from generation to generation? Rather than leaving the hockey arena with an empty wallet and beer breath, how about investing in an opportunity that can change your life and that of your family?

Is it easy to be a network marketer? No it isn't, it requires work! Is it simple? Yes it is! Sometimes it seems too simple to be real but it is real and it truly is for anyone that is willing to work for it.

I sincerely hope I was able to touch someone today as I'm sure some of you may take me off their list. If I was able to reach one person and change their life for the better, I'm happy.
