Many of the issues that businesses face come from the fact that they?react?to situations instead of opting to respond.
To respond means to take a breath, step back and survey the situation and look for the best outcome; the most relevant one, the one which will be the most beneficial to your business and you.
?Reacting means just that – something happens and you react without thinking or an eye to any potential consequences.
If you start responding instead of just reacting to internal/external factors affecting your business, you're going to feel more in control; manage your risks better, and produce better outcomes.
The risks to your business goes up the more often you just react without thinking things through – even if it is just for the space of a breath or two...
