Gud article Jack. Answer to question also depends on 5 key variables i.e. budget, location, size of built area or plot, end goal and purchase mode i.e. self purchase/agent. Investor needs to think whether he wants rental yield with tax depreciation Or does he want equity growth. Its hard to find a property in today's time which does both that too within common man's budget. Great info Jack Kumar ! I suppose the answer will change from person to person. I am a set and forget investor hence why I buy new. I don’t hear about them. They rent easily and little to no maintenance. That’s just my personal choice though.
