Which is the best form of income?

Which is the best form of income?

This is kind of important right now!

If you look at how most people earn an income, you will find that the vast majority earn what is known as a linear income. A linear income can be described as doing a certain number of hours of work and being paid a certain amount of money. This is not just those people who have a job. If you are a professional e.g. doctor, lawyer, accountant etc., you are paid on the number of hours you work. In law terms, they are called billable hours. It actually goes even further. If you have a small business, you will find that you are in the linear income bracket. Don’t believe me?

It’s true. If you need to be at work to earn an income, then you have a linear income. Many people go into business believing that they will work in the business for a few years then begin to work on it and get it to a stage where they do not need to spend so much time there anymore and can spend time with the family and on personal pursuits. Unfortunately for most, they get stuck in the business and cannot get free. You go into business to create time freedom and financial freedom, right? But you cannot stay away because there is a good chance that if you do, the whole thing will go pear shaped. So, you hang in there. I know, I have been there.

The people who have a job, trade time for money straight out. That’s it. You go to work for certain number of hours and you get paid for those hours or you get a salary and work way more than the prescribed number of hours just to keep your job. That’s called management. By the way, there is some good news coming, but so far pretty mundane stuff. If you are working a job or are in a management position or are a professional or have a small business, you have a linear income.

The other type of income is a passive  or residual income. This is the good part!

A passive income could be described as one which is generated for you without your needing to be at a certain place every day. There are a few examples of this for instance, if you own property and you receive a return (rent etc.), you have a passive income. You don’t need to go down to the property every day. The rent goes (hopefully) into your bank account every month. Simple. If you have a share portfolio, then you will receive a passive income from that investment. A couple of times a year, you will receive a dividend from the companies that are in your portfolio. You don’t need to visit the companies or go to the stock exchange every day. Simple.

The down side of this type of passive income is that you need something called money to own the real estate or shares, bonds, debentures etc. You need lots of money or the capacity to borrow large on the investment. Now everything is great until something like a pandemic virus hits the globe. Suddenly, your investments are worth 50% of what they were 5 weeks ago or the tenants in your investment property cannot pay the rent because everything has slowed down and they have been downsized. Hey, it is happening right now.

In the 21st century, opportunities have appeared that allow people to create a passive income with a very small investment and using a proven and successful system. These opportunities are reliant on those who engage in them to work part time until they replace their income. Then they have options that they did not have before. Now you may be thinking that these opportunities are scams or do not work or some other cynical perspective. If this is the case, I suggest that you keep buying lottery tickets and bin this article now. Those of you still reading, and congratulations on that, have a choice. You can make some enquiries or not. Again, your choice.

Right now, you do not have all the options. After our chat, you will have a couple more. Simple. https://calendly.com/johngard51

I have been engaged in this business for the past 21 years and have created a passive income. Let’s talk.

P.S. Over 1,800 people have created US$1 million using this system. It works.
