Issue 16: Which #BackgroundPhoto Will You Use?
Yesterday marked the beginning of Black History Month. LinkedIn has many opportunities to show your support for causes you care about (and even a couple of intersectionality examples) - there aren't any that I don't support, so in this edition of my LinkedIn profile showcase, it seems like a GIF of all of them makes sense.
With this being black history month, I'll likely incorporate that into my background (which is currently promoting the TweetMeet mid February that Microsoft EDU has). There are banners to show support for black voices, BLM, Accessibility, Stop Asian Hate, Stand for Justice, LGBTQ+ and SelfID for everyone.
The gallery of choices begins with where and how you work.
With many working from home (and maybe having those children at home) the Juggling Work & Family brought on a new meaning in the past two years!
Finding a balance for many is a struggle. When you technically don't "leave" the office, it can get even more difficult.

Black Lives Matter banners have been my goto (and if I could rotate my background photo, I certainly would!) - I might get creative like Satya Nadella with the background photo space!
Until next time - adios!
