Which Apps Can't You Live without?

There are so many apps available for business that it is becoming overwhelming on what to use. I have tried dozens and dozens in the last 10 years and wanted to share the ones that have stood the test of time. Here are the 3 apps I can't live without. [currently]
1] Daylite by Marketcircle:
This CRM app was a game changer for my company. It took a lot of my project management from manual to automated. It is designed only for Mac OS so the user experience is similar to how system preferences is. You can have pre made opportunities for the sales process and then projects for client & internal task management.
You can make customized templates for emails, invoices, quotes, etc and has some great "paid" plugins that can take it to another level. You can also connect a few apps through the Zapier api to automate your process. It is truly the "motherbrain" of my company.
2] Slack:
This communication tool has sped up the speed of our projects because it allows the team to communicate in the right channels for specific content. While it is a distraction at times, the ability to collaborate in real time & eliminate many meetings has been a big asset to the communication of my team. We also have vendors on their own channel to speed up communication. Not to mention there are a ton of plug-ins that work seamlessly with many other apps.
3] Basecamp:
I have been using Basecamp since I started my company in 2008. I mange client & vendor relationships and it is essential when managing merchandise lines. Having multiple threads eliminates confusion unlike email threads. While I used their classic version for over 8 years, when I upgraded to Basecamp 3, it was a much needed change. They have a great phone app that allows you to communicate on the go. I would only leave Basecamp if I created my own internal project management software.
I know everyone has their own preference when it comes to business apps, but I also know a lot of people that don't utilize any and operate everything out of email and spreadsheets.
Would love to hear what apps you can't live without when running your business!
