The Buddha, a symbol of boundless wisdom and an embodiment of the ages transcends civilizations and remains eternally relevant. His universal message of peace and harmony unites billions of followers across Hinduism, Buddhism, and various Eastern religions.
Intriguingly, the Buddha refrained from definitive statements about the existence of God. Instead, he imparted a profound teaching – that salvation and enlightenment should not be sought through divine intervention but through self-discovery. The gods, he noted, might influence world events and offer assistance, yet individuals must bear responsibility for their own lives.
He was neither a deity nor faultless, displaying human traits and imperfections, yet radiating divine compassion and an infectious love of laughter.
Those who encounter the Buddha often find a profound understanding of the world and a reflection of their inner goodness, regardless of their beliefs in gods.
Buddha offers a unique path to understanding the world, one devoid of reliance on deities. Salvation and enlightenment are not bestowed as divine gifts; they must be actively pursued. While the journey can be challenging, Buddha's teachings promise nothing but liberation from worldly desires. He never aspired to become a god who rescues humanity.
