Where's your kink...?

Most printers have a kink...in their production flow process. Many companies now have software to streamline, manage and process their orders. Work flow/front ends and CTP systems. All of this has minimized errors and reduced the prepress times immensely. Now creating layouts and imaging directly to plates or a digital printing device is lighting fast!

Wow, we've come a long way. I can remember my grandparent's getting their first color television. I probably could have left that part in out.

Without a doubt, the press room is the most expensive area to update and improve. Typically, this the most critical component in the entire process to update. Having said that, any bottlenecks in the process slow down the flow and can ultimately result in delivery delays, cash flow issues and upset customers.

Last but not least, another is critical area is the bindery. In my travels visiting all types and sizes of printing companies, I feel the bindery area is the weakest. Usually the last area to be addressed. I truly feel that in many cases, this is often the kink or the weakest part in the overall process.

Finally, to my point! We recently became a dealer and have a wide range of New Paper cutters, Diecutters, Offline UV systems, etc. We are looking for a few printing companies that want to upgrade to new bindery machines, at used machine prices! We are looking to do occasional demonstrations and have domestic testimonials.
