INL’s Sam Chanoski will participate on a panel at the MRO Annual Reliability Conference on cyber-informed transmission planning. The goal is to raise visibility and drive discussion on developing cyber-informed transmission planning approaches that incorporate cybersecurity risks into transmission planning activities to mitigate reliability impacts from cyberattacks. By incorporating security where it has traditionally not been in place, industry can reduce risks to the reliability and security of the electric grid across North America.
