Where's the gender pay GAP?

Hello, again I decided to figure out the answer to this question using the census database. I pulled all my source data from that site and their not 100% up to date so this information may change tomorrow but for tonight it is accurate. I decided to do this because a friend whom I respect posted an article and when I looked at the data and at first glance she is 100% correct. However, I stick by our US national profile given to us from the UK so I dug into the data anyways and I unfolded a miraculous discovery women are actually making 0.05% more then men overall in our country right now but the wealth isn't there for women just the pay rates your probably asking how is this possible? I'll attach my excel sheet if Linked In lets me but i'll explain roughly here.

On jobs ranging between $1.00 to $14,999 of annual pay women have 13.30% of more of their workforce dedicated then the national average and also make an average of 13.30% more money then men do in those professions. In the middle class wages ranging between $15,000 to $74,999 men have dedicated 1.5% more of their workforce to those positions and ,make a shrinking average of 1.5% more than women do doing those duties. Finally, the biggest hit to women is the upper wages between $75,000 through over $100,000 they dedicate 11.30% less of their workforce to those than average with those working profiles and get shafted 11.30% of revenue with those positions maybe they just take less sense their technically the owner or maybe they don't make new business'es like men do.

Either way if we subtract the 12.80% advantage men have on women on the higher paying positions and subtract the from the 13.30% you find that women make 0.05% more then men overall. If they could reallocate their workforce from the lower paying job's to the higher paying jobs and save those low paying job's for the robot's coming soon the wage GAP wouldn't be a GAP it's be balanced and they would actually have more wealth than Men with the the current data. It's not corporate gender discrimination anymore and maybe it was from the 30's to the 90's, some of it is probably child care i'd never deny that but its mostly a choice in job's we choose to do that brings equality the statistics show women are better at getting more money than men at the moment it seem's their better negotiators maybe i'll validate a report on that some day but not tonight. It seem's I can't link it to this article i'll see if I can link it to my profile and make it public for everyone to download.

Thanks,

David
