WHERE YOU WON'T FIND CONFIDENCE

You aren’t going to find confidence in your military career, relationships, or even your bank account.
Periodt.
Oh and gaining other's approval will not help you find it either.
I used to make this mistake and notice other military women making this mistake as well.
Lemme tell you more about that...
You start adding more self improvement “to-dos” in order to feel worthy and then you decide to make a BIG change in your life but suddenly, you find yourself exhausted and hustling to be more.
You get burnt out and overwhelmed, months later, to find you’ve made NO progress to feeling more confident and now feel confused.
Doing more will not produce confidence. Thoughts do.
So stop hustling to be more worthy and believing it’s what you need to become more confident.
What you are really doing is avoiding feeling self-doubt and not believing in yourself now.
All of that doing is sometimes just fancy for “I’m scared of failing”.
You know what actually starts to build confidence?
Trusting yourself. Now.
Coincidentally, that’s how you begin believing in yourself unconditionally, too.
I used to be on the get worthy to gain confidence squad. But then I figured out a better way.
The ability to manage what I think about myself even when I fail.
You are worthy. Now. Everyday.
Even when you fail.
Repeat over and over again. Erryday!
Thoughts about you create confidence.
Stop indulging in self-improvement “to-dos”.
You were created worthy.
Boom!
Now go believe what you want about you, sis!
xoxo,
Wendi
