Where Would Super Heroes Relocate in This Housing Market?

If Superman wanted to move back home near his parents, he could move somewhere like Smallville, Kansas. The 40-acre Kent Farm would clock in around $300k. With average housing prices in Kansas around $210k, there's no doubt Superman could work the land more affordably in the Midwest.

West Coast Trends

Home prices are falling in Texas and in the states to its west. According to the?Wall Street Journal, the tech industry has fueled the housing market in California since the 1990s. Now, “the cities most closely associated with tech have the fastest falling home prices.” Both San Francisco and San Jose’s home prices have gone down roughly more than 10% since January 2022. Seattle has seen home prices fall 7.5%. However, Texas prices are even cheaper. While Gotham City is a charming place and San Francisco is trendy, Wayne Tech (Bruce Wayne’s company) just might save quite a bit by moving to Texas.

Where Did You Land?

Purchasing a home is a big decision to make, and lifestyle has a lot to do with it. There are good housing options everywhere for average folks as well as super heroes.
