Where are we now with the Energy Transition?

It's nice to be back!

When Dr Massey and I discussed another batch of chinwag's last summer it was a case of finding some time to get behind the microphone.

A few more grey hairs than on the picture now and, since we started the podcasts. a global pandemic and European war intervened as the Energy Transition takes shape.

I hadn't realised that much of the infrastructure needed had ebbed away so apologies for this rather clunky first effort of 2024 as we refind our feet. Topics discussed include offshore wind, especially Power Purchase Agreements, Carbon Capture and Storage and of course the current status of the nascent hydrogen sector.

Looking back at the archive we started in February 2019, five years ago, and were covering Hydrogen by March 7 - well ahead of the pack. How things have developed!

There's been much activity in those years and once again we try to distill the essence from all of the noise for you.
