In a recent conversation with a client the question came up, "where do you find all your inspiration and creativity?"
My first answer in the past was reading, time outdoors and in the conversations with people who light up our brains. While all of these are still true, we have noticed a habit that has become our own unique source of inspiration, ideas and creativity.
We host a speaker series and it has a national and even an international audience. It started in our North Loop kitchen in Minneapolis where we had space for 12 and eventually filled it with 50 people standing in our kitchen listening to our guests.
You might think we put it for over a decade because we're promoting our work with clients and the amazing brands we've been able to work with over 23 years.
Like Tyler LaMotte of Patagonia and Hope Frank.
Or because we get to meet amazing leaders like Kathy Ireland and Emily Culp
Or because we get to pair up inspired entrepreneurs and dynamic leaders like Katie Marston and Rita Katona.
You might think we put this series on for you, our larger audience.

All of these are marvelous reasons.
But, these wouldn't have been enough to fuel it for more than a decade – we've found that it continues because we put it on for ourselves. It is our regular supply of creative perspectives, ideas and inspiration.
With this in mind, we have our first Think & Link live in person in our new office, The Grain Belt Brewery / RSP Architects space this Thursday.
We have Joe Pine in person and Frank Rose on the big screen.
Please join us if you'd like a portion of the inspiration.
We hope to see you in person.
