Where is the value in playing small?

I ???????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ??????????, ?????? ???? ??????????????..
Over a year ago I created my vision, BHAG, goals etc.. and have only shared this with a few people close to me, not even my partner.?
I haven't put it up on my wall (as I tell my clients to), nor have I really put it out there.?
I came to the realisation that I expect my clients to do this, stick it on the wall where they can see this daily as a reminder and tell the people closest to them to help support their goals and dreams.
How can I expect my clients to do this if I don't do it myself? ?
This is incongruent and believe causes some subtle friction in helping me achieve the goals I'm aiming for.
In one of the Sales Workshops, I facilitate the first two things I discuss are both quite related.
- Thinking too small in business?- In my experience this one here generally goes back to the fear of judgment or failure and is quite a consistent theme with about 80% of clients I've worked with. That fear of what others would think if I became successful and really putting myself out there.
- Not exploring your BHAG (big hairy audacious goal)?- This one is about creating goals so big that make you feel uncomfortable and then breaking this down into bite sized and actionable steps over 3 - 5 years, the annual, quarterly and weekly steps.?
If I'm going to be honest that fear of judgement has stopped me really putting my vision out there.?
My Cousin Jay recently became the first Paraplegic to walk to Mt Everest Base Camp after being told he would never walk again, he decided to do this one year ago and completed it over a month ago. This is a reminder of what is really possible what you get out of your own way.
So here it is, my big hairy audacious goal...
To become the '???????????? ?????? ?????????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????? ????????????????'
When I first created this, I was like who the hell do you think you are, imposter syndrome came up, there are better sales coaches out there etc... etc......
This really comes back to my WHY?and what is driving me behind this. In creating the life, I want for my boys where they can achieve anything they want by us creating a life of freedom..
Why specialise working with Indigenous business owners?

Over the last 6+ years I've always had that desire to contribute and create something that is bigger that myself. We created the Nesian Network through the first lockdown and connected hundreds of people in what was an uncertain time.
After the borders & the world opened up, I created Mana Collab and started interviewing MÄori and Pasifika Leaders because there was so my negative media and people taking sides. This was my way to create some positive media.
I saw a need and an opportunity to help Indigenous business owners with skill that I become very good at, firstly in NZ and now Australia. With being so connected its easier to work with clients around the world.
I worked out recently this desire & catalyst goes back to my teenage years.
I left school at 15, runaway from home which I thought it would be a weekend and ended up being 6 months!
This was a sliding door moment when I moved back home, either get a job, go back to school or get on a course. Do I end up like my real father who left when we were young? who ended up in prison or do I sort my shit out.
I've always been pretty stubborn and decided to get onto a Chef's course at CHCH Polytech which was mostly funded by my Iwi Ngai Tahu and went on the become a chef at the best hotel in NZ at the time.
That support from Ngai Tahu at the time was the catalyst..
To be fair it could have gone either way but always wanted to prove other people and myself wrong, that I could do it.
I was lucky to have some good people around who believed in me and supported me.?
In business and in life we all need that champion supporting us and helping point out the blind spots to achieve our goals.?
Here is a copy of my Strategic Plan which I am finally putting out there and the same process I take my clients through.
There is no expectation here, more to get me out of my comfort zone and put my intentions out..?
