Where Strategy and Art Intersect

Where Strategy and Art Intersect

Can Financial Services be cool??

My brother Brandon Carlson and I had a passion for marketing, branding, design, and always had interesting conversations around why some 401k company approached a new product one way versus another or why certain imagery was used, etc.??Over the years I took my own family business, a successful TPA founded by my father in 1975 and modernized it.??Breaking the shackles of old, boring, corporate image and instead replacing with a fun, modern and playful brand that inspired.??We grew the business to levels my father would have never thought possible.

About eight years ago, my younger brother and I started a 401k industry show called Retireholics.??We wanted to bring change to the industry as a whole and have fun while doing it.??In marketing and branding this show over the years, it forced us to create imagery, graphics, marketing messages, etc.??Over the years we interviewed CEOs of big companies, founders of start ups, and industry thought leaders.??We found ourselves immersed in the industry and the whole while gaining a unique perspective.?

How might we evolve and make a bigger difference in sparking change within our space???How could we help the financial services industry shake its unapproachable, button up brand? Put an end to the sea of sameness that holds us all back.

One thing has become clear over the years. The financial services industry is actually really cool.??It’s full of great people, passionate people who really love what they do, have an expertise and want to make a difference.??We need that very message to resonate with our prospects and clients. It’s time for the logo, the website, the sales collateral, the product, the aesthetics and the message to be as inspiring and impressive as the people and companies behind it all.?

Over a year and half ago my brother and I sought out a multi-disciplinary designer that we could bring into the fold, we lucked into Samara Zarco Goytortúa and together the three of us have worked tirelessly to prepare for today, the launch of our new company called Seventy5 Studios!??We offer a wide range of services including concept development, product rollout, branding, logo design, websites, sales collateral, corporate identity, event/conference design, and product strategy.

We support Advisors, Broker Dealers, Recordkeepers, Investment firms, and technology companies. And as of today Seventy5 Studios is open for business, now accepting new clients.?

Wanna be part of the change, let’s create something cool together.?
