Where to Place What in Office 365 ?
Been setting up a way to objectively determine what advice to give on our multitude of sites when we move Office 365. We have the option to go for a classic site modern site or even Teams. First and foremost my advice would be go for the new stuff :). But what legacy and perhaps still very needed functionality is not available on the new stuff. the following One pager shows those bottlenecks and is a way to determine what advice to give. On that advice you can start your customer conversation and use this overview to explain what isn't supported.
Did I tell you should first explain all the cool stuff you can do in the modern interfaces and then show them what legacy ways of working break the option to go that way.
