Being consistent on social media is probably the biggest struggle we see with businesses. Take some time during the week and schedule out your posts for the whole week or month. This cuts down on needing to find the time everyday.
2. Engage with your followers
Don't let comments go unanswered! Even spending a little bit of time and engaging back with you customers will go a long way in their eyes!
3. Educate your followers
Use Facebook as an opportunity to educate your followers on your products and how to care for your product after purchase. This will greatly increase your customer retention.
4. Be Creative
Take the time to really be creative and unique with your social media. It really helps you stand out above the rest. This could include running funny and crazy contests to help generate income.
5. Go Live
Facebook's algorithm loves Facebook Live- use this to your advantage! Going Live will reach way more people and help get your business out there. It doesn't have to be a long Live-- just showcase a new product, do a store walk through, or announce a new sale.
6. Use Emojis
Using emojis really gets people to stop scrolling and read what you are doing. These powerful little pictures are greatly underestimated with businesses-- use them!!
