Where have you been?

HROnboard, where have you been?  This is something that keeps playing over and over in my mind.  How truly wonderful would it have been to have had a temporary security pass arranged and a booking for my official pass on my first day.  To think that my all my systems access and other provisioning could have been ready for me on day one, brings me right back to where was HROnboard 10 years ago.   A map of where I needed to get to would have been useful and where I could grab a nice coffee on the way in, would have been nice too. On my first day I wouldn't have been presented with the white pages like handbook and welcome pack because could have already received paperless copy during my offer acceptance process. I wouldn't have needed to print, sign, scan and post anything because I could have digitally accepted.  Did you know that digital acceptance has been around since the Electronics Acceptance Act of 1999?  HROnboard, where have you been?  Thank goodness you are here now!
