Where have I been successful?

How often do you ask this to yourself? "Where have I been successful?"

Recently in one of the group coaching session, we were asked this question. It was an unusual question, indeed.

I often ask during my own journalling session, about what have I done right? and what area need improvement? but i rarely ask, "Where have I been successful?"

Often, we share to our consultants for stop beating oneself up, even before you start pursuing your dream. The Imposter syndrome. But asking this question to ourselves could be a way to re-ignite our self confidence. It helps you to reconnect with what you are good at doing, and I always believe that there must be something that we do that lead to a success story.

So, instead of just ask, what have you done right? what need improvement? Also remember to ask "Where have i been successful?". Let's accumulate success stories of where you have been successful, eventually it helps to make you stronger, mentally.
