UN+EU+WEF System: A Shocking Plagiarism

The New Capacity Building Programme (NCBP) - a quite unique systemic world programme - strives to BUILD our civilisation's CAPACITY to understand the increasing complexities of an ever changing world by creating a mindset that CAN understand then manage Global Complexity.

This is outside mainstream education competence, something that it is too arrogant to swallow. Check out: Interface Education .

The IMNRC that created the NCBP, outreached to academia, institutions and organisations that more than welcomed its offer of collaboration by misappropriating the NCBP's work reinventing the wheel under a different label without the slightest recognition.

Below is a non exhaustive list of the NCBP plagiarisms taken from the first part of the NCBP pdf presentation:

Best known examples:

The problem is that those who stole my work, ideas and research did not have the appropriate mindset to understand them. The result being that the plagiarisms were ineffective: look around...

Stolen work receives BILLIONS. Original work - the NCBP - receives NOTHING.

Give credit where credit is due! Bien Mal Acquis Ne Profite Jamais - Misappropriated Information Backfires.

The International community is now once again turning to the NCBP. It NEEDS the NCBP.

Underground NCBP support - difficult to assess - seems to have become a powerful intangible force that could well help catalyse the New World Constitution .
