There are so many people in this world, alone and beaten. And the one message, the one that will never lose its power, is:

• Knocks of life, that keep the pain away.
• Knocks of life, that hold us hostage.
• Knocks of life, that chain us in a cage.

Everyone’s year has been different, everyone’s year has been…. 2023 for them.

Their experience, for as many knocks there are, there has been new life, new joy, new relationships, new recovery, new found hope, new families.

And at this time of the year, we say hold on to the hope of the new. The new year ahead, that only we have the power to choose, how it starts, and how it ends.
