Where on earth is such a place....?

Someone mentioned that there is a place where extremes coexist, sometimes in harmony and at other times with turbulence.

This is one of those few places where one can not only survive, but thrive, if that person has mastered a few childhood games such as Tic-Tac-Toe or Snakes & Ladders....or both!

This is also probably one of those rare places where passing the parcel to the sound of music trounces passing the baton in a relay race, if one were to rank them as group or team sports.

A place of abundance and scarcity, lush-green forests and gray concrete jungles. A place of stark contrasts, frugal street-smart innovation and rich diversity in a blended continuum.

High octane, high density and high decibels are its hallmarks.  High integrity? Well....you can decide for yourself!
