Ladies & Gentlemen,

Today is the very last day of 2023, December 31st, the last hours of this exciting and resourceful year.

Let's just all bear in mind that an opaque circle around the cornea of the eye, often seen in people, when it is found in patients less than 50 years old it is termed arcus juvenilis. As we were saying tomorrow will be a very new beginning, a new start into a day as dark as night, once in a year one is allowed to go crazy.

Just recently I followed the track of my former residences, and one of the most remarkable villa that was within the "Agostini" family's ownership was this house in district 19th, Vienna. It came with an indoor swimming pool in the basement, and in total 4 floors, 5 including a 2 floor roof-top-terrace, and a jacuzzi on top. The garage offered a spacious space for 2 cars and a motorbike, which came in quite handy.

Frankly speaking, I would have never thought that I could reside in such prestigious districts, and pretty close to other properties I have been moving into / staying earlier. Since my father has been a quite nominated designed and developer of properties, I can proudly announce that all the properties -in Vienna, district 19- I have ever been staying have actually been created, designed and developed by my own flesh and blood.

How it all started:

In fact, I started to collect glass bottles as a kid, while being in the "Krapfenwaldl-Bad", a public swimming pool, and collected the refund against cash, from time to time, I generated approximately 200-500 Euros in just a single day, and over the years, I managed to save up over twelve-thousand-Euros, which I invested in the stock market, age 11, together with my father. Firms such as Technotrans, Lauda Air, IFE, and Rheinmetall have been one of the most successes.

Over the years, decades it is always great to be heading back to the roots and to never ever forget how it all initially started. Today, to be running a successful food and beverage firm, that focuses on all the same items, that it all began, came quite unexpected, but slightly it was and always has been deep in my mind.

During my early days, and the very beginning, where it all began, riding bikes in the vineyards, just steps away of my residences has been always an extremely exciting and extraordinary activity, along with enthusiastic friends that have been joining me on this path to be sportive.

Not knowing, tapping in the dark, "you might ask..." Used to suggest doubt or to ask one to consider whether something is correct, it often introduces rhetorical or tangential questions we may not be even aware of. Especially when conducting businesses with newcomers, or certain nationalities, it may be difficult to do so. One thing, for sure, I have decided to never ever ever enter the Philippines ever again, or in contrast to not even consider to visit countries such as Morocco, India or Pakistan, I can clearly tell that the political situation of those folks influences the way of thinking when it comes to thoughts of daily life.

Just recently I did watch "Slumdog millionaire", and I'm quite surprised that this movie has been based on a true story, and furthermore, even while being a resident in the UAE, I have always been bringing funds into the country, but I never ever ever managed to enter agreements or had meaningful discussions with folks from those nations in fact. Having experienced difficulties with tenants from Morocco, India and Pakistan also let me call for a rethink, if I ever want to even consider spending any time in those countries of their origin, strongly believing that those that have been in the UAE have already been more intelligent, that the rest of their country fellows in their home territories.

This is my opinion and I will and only deal with firms, people from certain nations that have not experienced extreme difficult political, environments they grew up in.

Vladimir Putin, the dream of an Union:

+ The European Union, to unite countries has definitely been Adolf Hitler's dream and even he failed to fulfill his dream, it came true in the end.

+ That the United States or China, united states, provinces into one nation, this has also been quite remarkable.

+ the way I see is that the USSR fell apart, and he tries to bring it together again, some kind of union, like the EU, I understand him completely, trying to take back what used to be one nation, even though this is and will be a quite hard path.

+ he can and will still try his very best, no matter at what cost, however, I'm neutral here and don't necessarily agree / disagree,

+ let's see what it will take to take back Ukraine and to fight against most of the intolerant and corrupters nation on planet earth, Ukraine.

Don't get me wrong, I love and appreciate everyone on planet earth, and there shall not be any discrimination of anyone, however, it can be difficult to be different, to be different can be difficult for everyone.
