Where does Systemic Coaching Start?

In a recent cohort the query was: I feel transformed in my behaviour through coaching. How can I make it spiritual???
The simple answer is: you are already spiritual.?
Spirituality starts with the Self. It then expands to the society around you, family and teams. Then, it relates to the situational reality that is disempowering, in a quest for an empowering solution that arises in Self-awareness. We then apply the solution to empower ourselves and in the process the society around us, who we impact in the system we operate in. This impact is spirituality.
Spirituality has nothing to do with scriptures, religions, and gods. It is about the realisation that we, along with billion and trillion other creatures of this multiverse, are energy beings, equal and entangled.?Coaching transforms us and the society around us, it’s for everyone in every situation, for everyone in every situation in every system there is, for everyone in every situation in every system there is, along with a self-aware solution, making it a spiritual activity. One may call it the 6 S Coaching structure.?This why?@Coacharaya, we constantly refer to coaching as a democratic activity, and also a??spiritual activity. Many wonder what this is about. This is what it’s about, by connecting the Self with the System and beyond.?
Self: The Self is at the centre. We show it in the diagram above at the bottom of the pyramid where it all starts. It is the driving force of desire to be, to do and to have something in each one of us, of the fear of losing something we already have, which initiates the coaching process. Sometimes we are clear about what we desire or are afraid of. Often we aren’t clear. We are disempowered, we are dissatisfied, and yet, we are confused about what would make us empowered, satisfied, fulfilled and happy. Discovering what this is about, what is stopping us and how to move towards that end goal is the beginning of a coaching Hero’s Journey.
Society: Self-awareness in changing ourselves reflects in our behaviour with the society of family, teams and others we interact with. We impact them and??they impact us. This creates empathy and relationships. Quantum Science refers to this energy connection as entanglement.
Situation: The Situation is our current disempowering reality. It’s about who we are now, what we do, and what we have. It’s about who we wish to be, what we wish to do, and what we wish to have. @Coacaharya, we say, start with ‘what the universe wishes us to be?’ rather than ‘what I wish to be?’ Whatever the question and the quest is, there are challenges that hold us back. If these challenges, or interference as Gallewey would have it, were external and visible, our job would be easier. We can find someone who can help as a mentor. Often, the challenges, the interferences, the blocks are within. These are our limiting beliefs. Becoming aware of the limiting beliefs is the coaching process.

Solution: The Solution in terms of moving from current disempowering Situation to the desired goal of the Self is the end point. In many ways this could be the starting point of yet another journey, given the nature of human wants over our needs. Our eyes are always bigger than our stomachs. The Solution in coaching lies within. We become aware of the often unconscious limiting blocks of beliefs that hold us back from the desired aspirational values. Conscious awareness of the limiting beliefs leads to what we can do to move beyond them, and then to action.??
System: The System is the environment we are part of. It is the expanded multiverse of the Society. It’s multi-layered, expanding through the immediate teams and family, to departments and community, to companies and societies, ever expanding depending on who and what impact us, and who and what we impact. Coaching in a systemic approach is essential to lead change dynamically.?
Spiritual: The Spiritual aspect is the binding energy of coaching. Whether one is coaching oneself or others, we are not merely coaching the body and the mind, the senses, emotions and cognition, but the essence underlying the mind body matter as energy. This core belief that we are energy beings embodied in matter, makes our potential infinite. It makes anything possible as the end goal is systemically beneficial to all around us. For many, this makes coaching a vocation rather than a profession. A vocation that nurtures, heals and leads even as it coaches. This is the reason we are coaches.?
This is a continuous expanding growth spiral, never ending.?

1 年I would love to try out this method in a Coaching session and try its use. I would normally use the "Neurological Levels of Change" method by Dillts. Are you familiar with this method and if so, how would you say the use of them? I appreciate you sharing your knowledge ??
