New technologies, more data, less time

It’s not news that lifestyle, technology and business are changing faster and faster. Every day brings a new gadget, a new start-up with a brilliant idea or another visionary inspired by the endless information on the internet. Greed for money is NOT the strongest motivator. Higher morality suggests making the world a better place, more secure and liveable for all of us and it is the secret of success for market leaders.

Naturally we are experts in camera compatibility with our over 8000 native supported camera models (plus the countless Onvif, PSIA, RTSP or HTTP(S) based camera connections). However, this is not enough by far in our opinion because many installations want to take advantage of integrated access control, intrusion detection, IO-devices, fire alarm systems, 3rd party image processing (like face recognition, number plate detection, VCA), bar code scanners, IoT-devices, temperature sensors, operating centres, … and whatever is coming tomorrow.  

What do we do different?

Besides our aforementioned competence in technologies and many times proven instinct for the needs of the future, we are also investing strongly in non-technical aspects.

Usability has the highest priority for us. Some users only work on their system once a month. Others use our software every day. We have found a way to keep our user interfaces optimal for all cases. Modern online training tools allow our partners and customers to learn about our software whenever and wherever they want. Our competent support is available in many countries throughout the world to help with questions or onsite training. Thanks to our global network we can tackle support tickets by handing over to the next available time zone to guarantee a 24/7 engagement.

The Mirasys partner extranet provides a download section for latest software releases and drivers, documents, calculation tools for sales and installation architecture and even the possibility of requesting new licenses or license extension or changes within seconds without losing precious time. System administrators can access valuable data to provide better and quicker services at any time. Our partners benefit daily from these opportunities to optimize their business processes.
