Beginnings in the City.

Dubai, a city where the desert meets the future, has been my home and the stage for my life's journey since 2002. My story begins in the bustling streets of Deira, where I first arrived as a young boy, filled with curiosity and hope. My mother, a determined entrepreneur in the jewelry business, was establishing a branch in Dubai, and we settled in this vibrant part of the city. I attended the Russian Private School located in Abu Hail, near the serene Al Mamzar Park, a place that became a refuge for me in those early days.

Adjusting to life in Dubai wasn't easy. I was a newcomer in a foreign land, with limited English and an overwhelming sense of being out of place. But Dubai, with its mix of cultures and endless opportunities, taught me resilience. Each day was a lesson in adaptation, and over time, I found my footing. My early years in Deira were not just about navigating the city's streets but also about discovering who I was and who I wanted to become.

Education and the Path to a Career

In 2005, I graduated from school, ready to embark on the next chapter of my journey. I chose to pursue a specialist degree in Economics in Hospitality and Tourism, a field that intrigued me due to Dubai's booming tourism industry. My studies at ENGECON in Knowledge Village provided me with a solid foundation, equipping me with the knowledge and skills I would later rely on in my career.

My first job was as a Telesales consultant with The First Group Development Company. It was a role that might seem modest, but it was here that I learned some of the most valuable lessons of my career. Working in Telesales required persistence, adaptability, and a deep understanding of human nature—skills that would serve me well in the years to come. At the same time, I continued to assist my mother with her jewelry business, further honing my sales tactics and business acumen.

Building a Career in Dubai's Dynamic Market

As I progressed in my career, I had the opportunity to work with several companies across different industries, each experience adding a new layer to my professional persona. One of the most significant roles I held was with CASA SHAMUZZI, a company specializing in furniture, fixtures, and supplies manufacturing, as well as complete fit-out works and interiors for hotels, serviced apartments, and residential projects. This position allowed me to dive deep into the world of design and construction, broadening my expertise and understanding of Dubai's ever-evolving landscape.

My journey then led me to DAMAC Development Company, one of Dubai's leading real estate developers. Here, I gained invaluable experience in a sector that is at the heart of Dubai's growth. I also took a bold step by setting up a manufacturing business in Moscow for protective industrial coating materials, and firefighting equipments, further diversifying my skill set and expanding my business horizons.

Over the years, I refined my management skills, learning to lead teams, drive projects, and achieve results in a highly competitive environment. My time at Betterhomes, a well-known real estate company, was particularly formative. I often describe it as a "university" for my real estate career. During my four successful and fulfilling years there, I learned the intricacies of the real estate market, developed strong client relationships, and established myself as a trusted professional in the field.

A New Chapter with Point Blank Properties

After my rewarding tenure, I decided to embark on a new journey with Point Blank Properties. Taking on the role of Head of Off-Plan and Investments, I embraced the challenge of managing a team and further improving my skills to seize new opportunities in Dubai's competitive real estate market. This role has allowed me to continue growing as a professional while contributing to the success of a company that shares my vision and values.

I've seen communities flourish, infrastructure expand, and the skyline evolve into one of the most recognizable in the world. Each new development is a testament to Dubai's commitment to innovation and progress.
