Finding copyright-free photos and videos to use in your digital marketing can be challenging! Searching on Google for photos, videos or images is not a good idea as the majority of what you’ll find will have copyrights, so don’t go there!
Copyright-free photos and videos are necessary for online marketing and social media and can help showcase your brand! You’ll appreciate knowing about these sites not only because the images are free but also because you’re supporting artists and photographers.
Here are the top sites I use to find beautiful images. Hundreds of high-resolution images are added weekly and all images are free from copyright restrictions.? Every image on these sites is governed exclusively by the generous terms of the Creative Commons CCO License.
The Creative Commons CCO License allows you to download the photo and publish, revise, copy, alter and share it. Also, this license means that you are not required to give the creator credit when you use their images.
The image creator has dedicated the work to the public domain by waiving all rights to the work worldwide under copyright law. You don’t need to buy a CCO image, you don’t need written permission from the image’s creator and you don’t need to attribute the work to the image creator (although it’s a nice thing to do).
