My career in hospitality has taken me to Miami, New York, Munich, Brussels, Barcelona and Germany in a variety of roles and consultancies, focusing on the creative management of concepts and people. In five years at Holiday Inns, I went from starting as a management trainee in Brussels to the youngest F&B director Holiday Inns Worldwide. In the late 70’s my team and I worked with Swiss conglomerate ‘Wienerwald’ in implementing European food products within the Americas, developing substantial revenue increases on a per concept basis. Coming to Dallas I was instrumental in expanding and reenergizing the culinary direction of Neiman-Marcus, contributing to hospitality revenues of $27 million nationwide.

In the early 90’s I made my knowledge available as an independent consultant working with companies such as MIELE as well as teachings at UNT and LE CORDON BLEU.

All that created the foundation for UweMullerHOSPITALITY in the DFW market and beyond…WELCOME!
