As a coach, do you think I'm responsible for your happiness? Think again! I'm all about high performance, and on today's Business Reimagined with Danny Iny, I talk about the elements that make it possible. When you're performing at your best, don't you think you'll be happy then? Interesting question, right? https://ow.ly/WXIll

5 年Honestly - it is a good question and I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on that. I personally think it really depends - on how you for yourself define best performance. If it all is about high professional achievement, it often comes at the cost of personal value; relationships, health, growth.... happiness. Thanks for opening that discussion!

6 年LOVE this ... so many people think a Coach is who will 'get' someone to the finish line...without the 'hunger' and high performance action one simply finds mediocrity! Thanks for sharing. I love seeing Danny Iny's videos, posts, etc.
