Every corner of this place is packed with shadows that haunt her.

It feels like she’s stuck here, trapped by her own fears... But deep down she knows.

She knows she needs to face them, she just resists it.

Trapped in that haunted house that's my mind. It's hard to just be, as if I'm constantly being pulled back.

These shadows aren’t just scary; they’re the negative stories she keeps telling herself.

She keeps them alive as if she was attached to them.

Could that be it?

Could she actually be attached to those?

Every time she ignores her part in this mess, she gives them more power over her.

Why am I holding on to something that hurts me so bad?

She deserves more.

She begins to see how her choices have led her here.

The second she changes how she sees herself, she can change everything around her, including her relationships with others.

My choices and thoughts shape my reality. I must change how I see myself.

As she steps out of this haunted house, she feels a wave of relief.

She’s not just surviving anymore; she’s no longer on life support.

By stepping out, she gave herself permission to create a better reality.

All she had to do was make that move.

She had to realize she is the center of everything in her life.

Stepping out of the haunted house, I reclaim my power to create a better life.

Life, people don't have the power to hold us back.

It's our narratives that hold us back.

It's come down to what we tell ourselves.

To how willing we are to take responsibility.
