What should you do when you list a home at fair market price, but another similar house lists for well below your price? That’s some fierce competition, and you want to ensure you’re still doing right by your client. Today I’m sharing how to handle these situations and what we do on our team to make sure our clients get the best deal. The main thing to do is plainly show your client the data.
