Since Brand Partners’ latest retirement development was announced in the middle of 2022, following the agency’s branding, naming, and strategic positioning of the project, the reaction to Parkside Lifestyle Community in Sydney’s west has been unprecedented.

Blacktown’s desire for a senior living solution has been expressed in a surging wave of local interest in the Workers Lifestyle Group’s visionary retirement community.

A consistently flowing stream of registrations of interest ensured the engagement levels for the first official event were hugely encouraging. All this attention and energy was confirmed, with Parkside’s first - of what became three - Information Sessions held at Blacktown Workers Club.

Brand Partners Managing Director Simon Lehman couldn’t hide his satisfaction with the response. “Our client Workers Lifestyle Group, and CEO Morgan Stewart, were delighted after introducing such a large project to collectively over 500 enthusiastic members and locals. We couldn’t have asked for more.”

Mr Lehman is expecting the energy to flow into the new year, with Parkside’s Sales Release a much awaited event and the first stage of 94 independent living units due for completion in December 2024.

“It’s been a roller-coaster seven-year journey for Morgan and his team. So, we’re over the moon to know this is exactly what Blacktown’s over 55s have been waiting for!”

Brand Partners also organised expert industry speakers, each delivering key information including what future residents can expect at Parkside Lifestyle Community with insights about the benefits of this style of living and some of the financial differences to regular home ownership.

Upon ultimate completion the Parkside Lifestyle Community will include 480 apartments along with a 160-bed residential aged care facility for the wider Blacktown community.
