  4. Choose the Right Time and Place, not all the issues can be discussed in the group meetings(s), we need to take care of the egos. Discuss issues privately to avoid public conflict.
  5. Involve others / team in finding solutions, emphasizing teamwork, brings in collaboration.
  6. Show Empathy, consider the pressures others might be facing and approach with understanding. These approaches help you engage constructively, maintain trust, and enhance your reputation as a proactive problem-solver.
  7. Don’t use foul or bad language. Let everything you say be good and helpful for the team,/organization, so that your words are encouraging, use words that build up team rather than tear down.

Overall the approach must be constructive.
