I'm happy to receive the August Transformer Award from the Academic Innovation team at Full Sail University. What great timing as I finish up year 13 and begin to embark on another year while planning more creativity, innovation, and hard work for my students in the Entertainment Business Master's program. Here's to my former students who still keep in touch and keep me updated on their success! That's the ultimate award! (But don't ask for my new backpack or other swag!)

In August, we recognized the first 12 recipients of the Transformer Award. This award, created by the Academic Innovation team to honor excellence in curriculum, recognizes faculty who have been innovative leaders at Full Sail and in the community and who have inspired others during our transition from campus to online learning. This first round of awards celebrating our faculty was given to those nominated by Education and Program Directors.
